If your Daisy Powerline 990 is leaking air when you pump, and/or leaks with a Co2 cartridge in place, THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED.

This is a real easy fix.
AND just in case you've accidently lost a ring, I have included a second set absolutely free.
The Dual Power Selector Switch will be removed first. My old o-rings were so brittle, they broke into a million pieces trying to get them off.
If your gun has never been serviced before, the metal tube that covers the Pump (Where the piston pushes the air into) may be a little tight. I really had to pull mine apart. After the new o-rings were in and oiled, the tube slid on and off nicely.
Never use black o-rings on parts that require urethane rings. You will waste money and risk damaging your gun with additional unnecessary disassemblies.
You have to drip a couple of drops of 3 in 1 oil onto the rings during assembly (black o-rings will blow apart).
Stick to the video and do NOT take apart the trigger assembly or you may lose your mind once springs start popping off. Believe me.
There are other o-rings within the gun, but they are black and non-load bearing. If for some reason these black o-rings need to be replaced, take them to your local hardware store. They'll fix you up.
My gun works very well now and I could not be any more happier, especially when I load two pellets at once. Bolt load one, manual load one. Fire both at once. A lot of power.
After the rings are installed, you will find that initial pump readings will greatly improve. CO2 (fresh CO2 Powerlet) readings for both BB and Pellet will far exceed manufacturers readings and have exceeded my ACETECH ACE6000 chronograph (over 1000 fps). The readings will settle down to normal numbers after 3-4 shots (600 - 900fps).
