Sometimes a girl needs a little whimsy.  Ellowyne's Parisian cousin Chloe is a designer & dresses on the cutting edge of fashion.  But even a fashionista needs an outfit that is just for fun once in awhile.  Chloe's new summer favorite is a pleated skirt festooned with baby chicks on a cream background.  She pairs it with a matching bucket hat ringed with green pompoms.  A sleeveless cream knit top with yellow buttons around the neckline is perfect for hot days and the lined apple green jacket with translucent white buttons is ideal for cooler weather.
