When properly fitted and adjusted the helmet is built so it won't slide, rotate or come off. Featuring triple density foam protection combining EPP, self-forming comfort pads and strategically placed high-absorbing foams for a heightened level of impact protection. The 3-D fit that helps bring all of these protective and comfort features together is achieved with tool-free side adjustment and an occipital lock that keeps the helmet from shifting during play. Strategically placed air intake vents help reduce your head temperature by over 7 degrees (F) to help keep you cool. This combo includes the new 8500 oval face mask with DriFit memory foam chin cup that was optimized to fit with this helmet for superioir peripheral vision.
