Vintage White Mountain Ice Cream Freezer 6qt Canister Dasher & Lid. This auction is for a White Mountain ice cream maker canister Dasher and lid. All items are in excellent condition. Please note pictures it looks as though somebody has put some type of coating to rust proof outside of canister. Only thing I can think what it is. I tried using a wire wheel and it does not remove. Does not inhibit function of item. 6 quart capacity. From bottom of canister to the top lip without lid measures right at 12 in tall. From bottom to top outside edge of lid measured 12 1/8 in tall. From bottom of canister to the top of square on lid is just under 13 1/8 in. There is 1 1/4 in Dasher shaft sticking out of lid when assembled. Across canister bottom is approximately 6.5 in.
