WWI U.S. Veterans Service Certificate in Frame

Description

Large framed decorative certificate for a U.S. Veteran's service in WWI. The certificate was apparently never used nor filled in with information. Has minor wrinkles and defects which indicate it's originality to the immediate years after war's end. It is framed in a 3" thick wood frame with plastic in place of glass. The entire object measures 23 1/2 " x 29 1/2 ", the certificate itself is 18" x 24". The frame is probably not as old as the certificate but appears old to compliment the item.
If someone has a ancestor who served in The Great War the certificate could be filled out today. Would then make a family keepsake to hand down to future generations.
